Before we get into specifics, let us be clear on our shipping "philosophy":

  • We want to get your orders to you as quickly as humanly possible
  • We are not in business to "profit" from shipping rates; you are charged what we are charged.
  • Shipping rates that you pay for while shopping on our website, www.madlyyours.com, excludes any/all governmental and/or local charges at destination.
  • We Under-commit; Over-deliver.

Placing an Order

 

  • When you place an order through our website www.madlyyours.com, you will receive an email from us confirming your order.
  • The email subject will mention your order number, please use this number for any future reference.
  • The email will mention the details pertaining your order.
  • User instructs us to choose, as its sole discretion, the suitable shipment agency. User agrees on the terms of the shipment agency.

Delivery within Kuwait

 

  • Please note that delivery time is based on "working" days. For example, if you place an order on Friday, (or any public holidays), it's impossible for us to ship your order on the same day, as all our forwarders will be closed in Kuwait. A working day consists of 8 business hours that commences at 8:00 am till 4:00 pm.
  • Normal Delivery will take place within 24-36 business hours.
  • Express Delivery will take place with 12 business hours (if orders are placed before mid- business-day, the delivery will be fulfilled the same business day, whereas if the orders are placed after mid- business-day, the delivery will be fulfilled the first half of the next business day).

Delivery within GCC (excluding Kuwait)

 

  • Please note that delivery time is based on "working" days in the destination and in the State of Kuwait. Fridays, (or any public holidays) are considered non-working days, hence it's impossible for us to ship your order on the same day, as all our forwarders will be closed within the GCC. A working day consists of 8 business hours that commences at 8:00 am till 4:00 pm.
  • Delivery will take place within 3-5 working days.
  • Please note that this is not a promised delivery period but our primary goal is to satisfy all our customers with swift deliveries. You may experience unexpected delays due to customs checks (that is outside our control) which can sometimes take up to 7-14 working days.

Delivery Internationally

 

  • Regrettably, your order will not be picked on Fridays (or any public holidays) in the destination and in the State of Kuwait, as all our forwarders will be closed in the Middle East.
  • In many other countries, Sundays (or any public holidays) are considered non-working days therefore your in-transit order may not be moved.
  • Delivery will take place within 3-5 working days.
  • Please note that this is not a promised delivery period but our primary goal to satisfy all our customers with swift deliveries. With international shipments, you may experience unexpected delays due to customs checks (that is outside our control) which can sometimes take up to 14-21 working days.

Late and Lost Deliveries

 

  • If your delivery has been delayed, please contact us as at customercare@madlyyours.com with the subject: “Late/Lost Deliveries” mentioning your Order number besides it, as reference.
  • Any order discrepancies relating to missing/lost items must be reported to us by email within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
  • We cannot refund or replace lost items until 30 working days after the date of dispatch.
  • Items not received by the purchaser but signed for at the delivery address by someone else are witnessed frequently. Please note that we cannot refund or replace such items/orders.
  • Providing the correct and complete delivery address is the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot take responsibility for delivery of goods to an incorrect but deliverable address or delivery to a non-existent address. Refunds will not be processed for lost or delivered goods when an incorrect and/or incomplete address has been provided by the customer.

Delivery Scheduling

 

  • We will try to commit to a maximum of 2 tries to contact you for scheduling the delivery of your order
  • We will try to commit to a maximum of 2 calls to find your delivery address, therefore please be accurate in mentioning your delivery address as much as possible to ensure your order is delivered swiftly and to the right place.
  • You will pay for any additional attempts made to deliver your order if the above is missed and in the occasion of your unavailability to accept and sign for the delivery on the agreed schedule.
